She is currently working on the sequel to Tyrell! Some fun facts about Coe Booth...

*She was born and raised in the Bronx (a borough of New York City)

*She took dancing and piano lessons when she was younger

*When she was a kid they used fire hydrants as sprinklers on hot, summer days

*She thinks the inspiration for Tyrell came from working with teenagers and families in crisis. She worked with a lot of teens who were homeless, in gangs, and even addicted to drugs. She also helped children who were victims of neglect and child abuse. It was there, she said, she learned about how strong teenagers can really be!
